Håkon Haug Enga
Meet Håkon Haug Enga, our CEO and captain. With a professional background as a fisherman in the Barents Sea, Håkon brings a wealth of experience to our team.

Mikal Haug
Meet Mikal, our chairman, and investor.
Mikal has been working as an ambulance pilot in North Norway for 20 years, and he is now working as a captain on our vessel Arctic Eagle during the Whale Season.
Mikal has a passion for making sure that safety is taken cared of and also making sure to not disturb the wildlife while traveling in the natural habitat.

Arno has many different skills, and he ha a passion of being out at sea.
He has been sailing all around the world, and we are happy to have him on our team

Francois is one of our snorkeling guides who has a great passion for marine biology.
His knowledge of marine life brings our customers even closer. In the meantime he make sure that yor safety is taken cared of.

Clement is on of our snorkeling guides, and he has a passion about marine biology and pictures.
He bring you close with local knowledge, and mabye you are lucky to get some of his underwater pictures
Nick Rigdby
Nick is from Australia and he is working as our head of snorkeling and captain. Nick has extensive experience with diving all around the world and now we are lucky to have him here in the Arctic

Espen Minde is our head of ski guides who makes sure that our guests are traveling safely in the mountains during Sail & Ski in the Lyngen Alps.
He has a passion for giving people the best possible skiing adventure.
